Emily von Euw (or Em as she likes to be called) from the tremendously popular food blog, The Rawsome Vegan Life, is all about nourishing the body and soul with raw, gluten and sugar-free organic foods. Her eagerly anticipated cookbook called Rawesome Vegan BakingAn Un-cookbook for Raw, Gluten-Free, Vegan, Beautiful and Sinfully Sweet Cookies, Cakes, Bars and Cupcakes has hit book store shelves and all her followers are now gasping over the artful photo’s of her plant based creations.
