In my early 30’s, I suffered from high anxiety as a result of my high-stress, corporate job. This also impacted my digestion where I ended up bloated and uncomfortable after most meals. As a result, in my late 20’s and early 30’s I suffered with skin issues that I thought was only meant for teenagers. My sleep was also impacted where I slept restlessly and I woke up lethargic, and with low energy. Coffee became my best friend. Does that sound like you?
Investing in my own health by studying holistic nutrition was my way of understanding what the underlying causes of my health issues were.
It was then that I realized that I was out of tune with my body. I had no idea how to give it the fuel it needed nor the lifestyle changes that I needed to make in order for my body to function optimally. And, trust me, when you make some tweaks, you body will respond!
