To die for!  I almost felt guilty drinking this Cinnamon Latte smoothie as it tasted too good to be healthy.  Seriously.  But, it is healthier than most and if you really want to amp up this nutritionally, just add a handful of greens.

Ingredients
  • ½ banana
  • ½ C of non-diary yogurt
  • 2 T of raw almond butter or nut butter of choice
  • 1 T of molasses
  • 1 inch piece of ginger
  • ¼ cinnamon
  • ⅓ nutmeg
  • ⅛ cardamon
  • 1 scoop of protein powder such as North Coast Naturals Hemp Powder
  • ½ C of ice cubes
