Why did I not think of using Brazil Nuts for a Dairy Free Chocolate Milk before? This under rated nut is now my favourite to create non-dairy milks as it produces a nice creamy, mild flavoured milk.
The benefits of brazil nuts are extensive. In fact, nuts are on the list of my Top Heart Healthy Foods in perfect time for Heart Month!
High in unsaturated fats which helps to keep your ticker strong and health.
Rich in selenium which helps support strong immunity and thyroid functioning which is need during our Canadian winters!
And, Magnesium which helps with the functioning of muscles, the production of protein and absorption of energy from food.
Need I say more?
