  • 1 C pumpkin puree
  • 4 T coconut oil
  • 3 T tahini
  • 4 T coconut milk
  • 3 T raw hemp seeds, like North Coast Naturals brand
  • 1 t chai spices (alternatively, you could use cinnamon and nutmeg blend)
  • 3 T maple syrup
  • Coconut flakes (or garnish)
  1. Heat coconut oil in a saucepan at low heat. Add in pumpkin puree, coconut milk and tahini until warm and evenly blended.
  2. Remove from heat and mix in spices, maple syrup and hemp seeds.
  3. Pour the mixture into twelve muffin mold lined with liners.
  4. Garnish with coconut flakes.
  5. Freeze until solid.
