Cinnamon Toast Green Smoothie

You have no excuses with this Cinnamon Toast Green Smoothie!  In under 2 minutes, in this video I show you with just a few simple ingredients, how you can put together a nutritious, simple and flavourful meal.

You can amp this baby up with a few of my favourite add-ons:

:: a teaspoon of Maca to increase your energy and it also helps to balance hormones.

:: a tablespoon of coconut oil for additional saturated fats.

:: a scoop of vanilla or plain flavoured hemp protein powder or some hemp seeds for some added protein to keep you fuller, longer.

:: and my new favourite, Acai berry powder for their antioxidant effects.  No acai?  I use camu camu powder, a fruit powder that have 25% more vitamin C than an orange!
