You can amp this baby up with a few of my favourite add-ons:
:: a teaspoon of Maca to increase your energy and it also helps to balance hormones.
:: a tablespoon of coconut oil for additional saturated fats.
:: a scoop of vanilla or plain flavoured hemp protein powder or some hemp seeds for some added protein to keep you fuller, longer.
