I have suffered from various skin issues over the years, primarily acne.  In fact, I still do even in my mid-30’s!  I actually thought it was heredity, sensitive skin or just the brand of products I was using.  It’s so frustrating to deal with especially as an adult.  But, in this post, I am going to take you through the 5 Steps to Healthy & Glowing Skin based on my own research over the years to improve my own complexion.

Waste Not! Great uses for everyday items

~ Store your nuts in the freezer to keep them fresh, and before using, toast them in the oven to bring out their flavors.

~ Don’t throw out your beet greens.  They are highly nutritious, and are similar to spinach.  Saute with a little oil and garlic.
