My Morning + Evening Tonic For Mental Exhaustion & Restlessness

I just returned from my parents home in Ontario just this past week. We did a lot of resting and relaxing after a pretty chaotic week at work (and life for that matter). We’ve spent some time with my brothers and their family in a cottage (total “summer in Ontario life”). We then went home to my parents house where I spent a boat load of time in my mom’s garden and my dad’s cabin. Because the town where my parents live is a couple of hours from most major cities, a lot of time is spent outdoors. Fine by me – there is nothing better than Vitamin N!  We were outdoors outside most days and I couldn’t believe it when I came across a huge field of wild blueberries. It was a dream! Why Every Career Woman NEEDS This Supplement
