Weekly Q&A: Weight loss and Cholesterol

Q: Hi there,

I am trying to lose weight and also decrease my cholesterol count.
I have a Vita Mix blender and am trying to make a healthy blend every morning.
Are there any ingredients that I should be adding to my mix to aid in my goal of reducing weight and cholesterol?
As an aside I am really enjoying your website and all the good information! I look forward to hearing back on my question.
