{New Video} Two ways that can change your health!

Today I am sharing a video from Eat Life Balance TV and talking about a new web series that I will be launching later this summer.  But, first….

I want to share with you two books that have grabbed my attention and that I believe may change your health.

My health changed dramatically when I introduced juicing and smoothies into my life almost five years ago.  The new e-book from Healthful Pursuit called Vibrant Life is being launch on March 26th and it is a tool kit to help you introduce juices and smoothies into your every day life.  My golden rule for anyone trying to make changes to their health is just to incorporate one smoothie/juice per day.  If you can do more, than good on you!  I’ll be sharing a couple of recipes from this e-book later this week! I love incorporating raw foods into my diet.  In fact, my breakfast, lunch and dinner today were all raw! This Rawsome Vegan Life is known for decadent, mouth watering, raw and vegan desserts and now Emily, founder of TRVL, has launched her new book Rawsome Vegan Desserts.  And, guess what?  I’m giving one away as part of the launch.  Get hooked up here!

 Now for Eat Life Balance TV.  This is something I have been talking about for a while now and when I mentioned doing a test video to to my coach Joanna Zlotnik, I knew I had to stretch myself and just do it!

In late Summer / early Fall, I will but putting out a series of videos for the Eat Life Balance community.  As I said in my video, I want your input.  I have some ideas in my head: recipes, interviews, how to’s, discussions on nutrition and overall health but I want to know what topics you would like to see.

So, in the comments below, brainstorm with me and let me know what you would be inspired to watch!
